The lawyers of Imran Khan reserve the right to contest if any such application is filed.<br \/>\nJustice Hashim Kakar remarked Imran Khan one and half year has passed since the arrest of Imran Khan and the question of his physical remand stands ruled out now.<br \/>\nProsecutor General Punjab took the plea photogrammetric, polygraph and voice matching tests of the accused have to be got conducted.<br \/>\nJustice Hashim Kakar remarked request was made in the petition for physical remand and not for tests.<br \/>\nJustice Salahuddin Panhwar remarked such tests have never been got conducted in any murder or rape case .
