\nThe national polio vaccination campaign in Charsadda has entered its fourth day, with robust security arrangements being ensured under the direct supervision of District Police Officer (DPO) Charsadda, Suleman Zafar.
\nThe initiative aims to ensure that every child receives the life-saving polio vaccine without disruption.
\nDPO Suleman Zafar has been actively monitoring the performance of polio teams and security deployments in the field. Police presence has been strengthened across all union councils, sensitive areas, and major entry points of the district to maintain order and prevent any untoward incidents during the campaign.
\nAs part of his oversight, DPO Zafar visited Nasta Police Station and the Tarlandi checkpoint to inspect the security arrangements firsthand. During the visit, he reviewed surveillance systems, including CCTV coverage, and met with the officers deployed in the field.
\nHe praised the efforts of the Tarlandi checkpoint personnel for their effective blockade, vigilant monitoring, and efficient traffic management.
\nAdditionally, he directed the Nesta Police Station officials to maintain close coordination with vaccination teams and foster public trust and cooperation.
