\nAnwar praised the expatriate community\u2019s efforts to highlight Kashmir issue globally

\nPrime Minister Azad Kashmir Chudhary Anwar ul Haq has urged overseas Kashmiris to redouble their efforts to highlight the human rights violations being committed by Indian occupation forces against Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir at the international level.
\nHe said this while talking to an overseas delegation that called on him here today under the leadership of Faheem Kiyani the President Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK and All Parties Kashmir Alliance UK.
\nSpeaking on the occasion, the PM apprised the visiting delegation of the measures being taken at government level to thwart any potential adventure by India on the LoC. The Prime Minister also informed the participants about the steps taken for the development and welfare of the people. The government, he said, has taken a number initiatives to ensure a sustainable development in the region as well as welfare of its people.
\nReferring to the rapidly changing scenario in the region following the India\u2019s false flag operation, the PM said that it was high time to expose Indian conspiracies aimed at jeopardizing peace and stability in South Asia.
\nThe PM stated that India was using Phalgam incident as a tool to malign Pakistan and Kashmiris\u2019 liberation struggle. Referring to intensified state repression in Kashmir following the Pahalgam incident, the AJK premier said that along with persecution of civilians, the Indian occupation forces have demolished the homes of the common Kashmiris under the fresh wave of state terrorism.\u201dHe said that there was a complete consensus on the issue of Kashmir in Azad Kashmir. The PM stressed the need for a coordinated strategy to thwart the conspiracies of the enemy.
\nHe also praised the expatriate community\u2019s efforts to highlight Kashmir issue globally.
\nThe PM sought the diaspora community\u2019s more vibrant role in sensitizing the world about the plight of Kashmiri people and early resolution of Kashmir dispute. The visiting delegation also appreciated the PM for taking courageous stand on the issue of Kashmir and exposing India\u2019s nefarious designs in the region.
\nThe meeting was attended by the President of the Kashmir Movement Scotland, Bailey Hanif Raja MBE, the President of the Kashmir Movement Italy, Chaudhry Babar Warraich, Hurriyat leader Altaf Ahmed Butt and others.
