The petition filed by one Waqar Ahmad for recovery of his missing brother Naeem Muzaffar came up for hearing before justice Muhammad Asif of IHC Friday. Naeem Muzaffar has gone missing from the area of G-10 Islamabad. Imaan Mazari counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court along with mother of Naeem Muzaffar. DSP Legal Sajid Cheema and police authorities of police station Ramna were also present in the court. Counsel Imaan Mazari took the plea that brother of her client is missing since March 20. CCTV footage on lifting him from his home is also available. She said that a dala and a police van can clearly be seen in the footage. The petitioner prayed the court that missing person be got recovered and be presented in the court. The court after hearing the arguments directed police to register case of kidnapping of Naeem Muzaffar. The court adjourned hearing of the case till May 7.
