\n\u201c300 more houses are being built every day in Punjab for the homeless people,\u201d said Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif while formally inaugurating e-portal of \u2018Apni Zameen, Apna Ghar\u2019 Program by pressing a button. She added,\u201dPeople can apply for free plots on the e-portal: azag.punjab.gov.pk.\u201d She highlighted,\u201d2000 plots will be given in 23 housing schemes in 19 districts across Punjab.\u201d
\nMadam Chief Minister said,\u201dUnder \u2018Apni Zameen, Apna Ghar\u2019 Program, homeless people will be given free 03 marla. plots.\u201d She added,\u201dThose who get plots in the draw under \u201cApni Zameen, Apna Ghar\u201d Program, will also get loans to construct their houses.\u201d She underscored,\u201dIn Phase-I of \u2018Apni Zameen, Apne Ghar,\u2019 free plots will be given in Jhelum, Pattoki, Mamun Kanjan, Lodhran and Renala Khurd.\u201d
\nChief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said,\u201d\u2019Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u2019 program is very close to my heart.\u201d She added,\u201dProviding shelter to homeless people is the vision of Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who gets very much pleased.when listening about completion of houses for the homeless people.\u201d
\nMadam Chief Minister said,\u201dIn a short period of 06 months, approximately 34000 houses are being built, 2000 have already been completed.\u201d She added,\u201dThese are not 34000 houses but prayers.\u201d She flagged,\u201dI ongratulate all those who built houses under \u201cApni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u201d program.\u201d
\nChief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said,\u201d\u2019Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u2019 program is the easiest and 03-month grace parade has also been set for the construction of houses.\u201d She added,\u201dRepayment of loans has also started in installments.\u201d
\nShe lamented,\u201dThere are people across Punjab who do not have land to build houses.\u201d She highlighted,\u201dInitially, 2000 people will get free plots, for which they can apply on azag.punjab.gov.pk.\u201d
\nMadam Chief Minister said,\u201dUntil today, governments have not been able to build 34000 houses even during their full tenures.\u201d She added,\u201dFeeling of security comes with your own house, but unfortunarely it is very difficult for a common man to easily manage a house.\u201d She flagged,\u201dUnder \u201cApni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u201d program, plot owners from 01 to 10 marla can apply for a loan to build their own houses.\u201d
\nProvincial Minister Housing Bilal Yasin explained the details of \u201cApni Zameen, Apna Ghar\u201d project. He said,\u201dRs 36-billion loan is being provided to build houses for 33500 people under \u2018Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u2019 Program.\u201d He added,\u201dPeople of Punjab are grateful to Madam Chief Minister for \u2018the launch of Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar\u2019 Program.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
