\nThe Muttahida Ulema Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has called on the Pakistani armed forces to take decisive action against India in response to alleged war crimes and violations of international law.
\nAddressing a joint press conference at the Peshawar Press Club (PPC) here on Thursday, Chairman Maulana Ehsanul Haq Haqqani, accompanied by a large group of religious scholars, strongly condemned India\u2019s reported missile strikes on mosques and civilian areas in Muzaffarabad.
\nHe urged the Pakistan Army to respond with force and called on the United Nations and global human rights organizations to take immediate notice of India\u2019s actions.
\n\u201cIndia continues to commit war crimes and violate international norms by targeting civilians and places of worship. The time has come for Pakistan to retaliate,\u201d Maulana Haqqani said.
\nThe scholars alleged that India, with Israeli collaboration, was behind recent attacks in Pakistan, including the targeting of scholars and mosques.
\nThey claimed Israeli drones were used in operations following an incident falsely blamed on Pakistan in Pahalgam, suggesting a larger, premeditated campaign by India.
\nProminent figures from various religious sects\u2014including Sunni, Shia, and Ahle Hadith\u2014attended the press conference. Among them were Mufti Zafar Zaman, Maulana Hussain Ahmed, Allama Abid Hussain Shakeri, and Allama Nazir Hussain Motahari.
\nThe scholars announced that \u201cFriday will be observed as a Day of Condemnation\u201d in all mosques across the province. Special sermons will be delivered to raise awareness about India\u2019s alleged aggression and express solidarity with the Pakistani military.
