This is a specially designed feature set aimed at entrepreneurs and small businesses, introduced following a 36% increase in business-to-business activities over the past six months. The new mode offers a range of benefits for regular business delivery users, including in-app package insurance, priority support, and advanced delivery options. In Pakistan, small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly turning to courier apps to achieve greater speed, flexibility, and control in their delivery services. According to a study by inDrive, the main reasons business users prefer the app include the ability to book multiple couriers at once (63%), faster delivery times (57%), and real-time tracking and control (48%). While 58% of businesses still primarily operate offline, many are now adopting digital tools to meet rising customer expectations.
