\nAdvisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Dr. Saif, has stated that the disappearance of judges is clear proof that all cases filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan are false and baseless. He said that if there were any substance to these cases, judicial proceedings would have been carried out at all costs. Hearings would not have been postponed, and neither judges nor lawyers would have gone missing.
\nHe remarked that the repeated disappearance of judges and lawyers was a calculated move to prolong these fabricated cases. Barrister Dr. Saif further stated that the 26th Constitutional Amendment has paralyzed the country\u2019s judicial system. \u201cWhen courts fail to deliver justice, it becomes the constitutional and democratic right of the people to protest peacefully\u201d he added
\nHe said that the illegitimate government has used its final tactic the use of force to suppress public voices. However, the people are no longer afraid and are fully prepared to once again take to the streets.
\nThe government has left the people with no option but to protest. The public stands firmly with their beloved leader, Imran Khan, and is always ready to take to the streets for him.
\nBarrister Dr. Saif asserted that this time, the protest movement would be beyond the control of the so-called government. The people will come out in full force and give a resolute response to every fascist action of the regime.
\nHe further added that the repeated adjournments in the hearings of Imran Khan\u2019s cases were tantamount to the burial of justice. Since the passage of the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the courts are no longer in a position to deliver justice.
\nIf the most popular leader in the country, Imran Khan, cannot receive justice, how can the common man expect it?
\nHe continued by saying that the illegitimate government has broken all records of fascism against Imran Khan, yet they have failed to remove him from the hearts of the people. In fact, these oppressive tactics have only increased his popularity.
