The court has directed EC to hear the petition.<br \/>\nOn the other hand the petition filed by PTI Parliamentarian (PTI-P) of the same nature has been withdrawn. Because this matter is pending hearing in Islamabad High Court (IHC). The petition was heard by Justice Arshid Ali and Justice Dr Khurshid Iqbal of PHC .<br \/>\nThe court remarked petition filed by ANP regarding reserved seats be heard by Election Commission. Counsel for PTI-P took the plea he wants to withdraw his petition being the case pending hearing in IHC.<br \/>\nThe court wrapped up the case due to withdrawal of petition by PTI-P.
