I commend my team and all stakeholders for ensuring a seamless transition.\u201d<br \/>\nWith this development, the Finance Department becomes the first to fully adopt the digital system, the statement said and added that it will be effective from July 1, 2025 as all summaries must be processed through KP-DWS, enabling faster approvals, real-time tracking, and significant savings in time and resources.<br \/>\nThe digital transition is part of the KP Revenue Mobilization Program (KPRMP), implemented by the provincial government with support from the World Bank. KP-DWS offers a unified platform for secure document management, electronic approvals, and inter-departmental coordination, designed to replace outdated manual processes across administrative departments.<br \/>\nTo facilitate smooth on boarding, the KPRMP team and its implementing partner conducted extensive hands-on training sessions for government officials, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.
