Lahore: Global SMEs Business Home (Switzerland) has reaffirmed its commitment to connecting Pakistan\u2019s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with international markets through sustainable strategies and reliable partnerships. The organization emphasized that, in line with global trends, it will provide every possible support to enhance the quality and productivity of Pakistani products and ensure their access to global markets. The Pakistan Global Business Summit 2025 was organized at a local hotel in collaboration with Global SMEs Business Home (Switzerland), the Pakistan Industrial Sewing Machines Importers and Dealers Association, and other stakeholders. The summit was presided over by Anis Khan, President of the global organization. Key participants included Pakistan Country Head Amina Ahmed Raza, Advisor Saqib Majeed Sheikh, Vice Chairman of PISMIDA Muhammad Yaseen, Vice President of the Lahore Chamber Shahid Nazir Chaudhry, Dr. Ayazuddin of PREGMIA, Chairman Forward Sports Khawaja Masood Akhtar, Syed Salman and Asif Khan of the Lahore Chamber, Chairman of LISMA Syed Safeer Abbas, and Chairman of the Pakistan-Romania Business Council Khawaja Faik. \nAt the summit, Pakistani SMEs were briefed on accessing global markets particularly European markets through verified buyers, market research, visa facilitation, collaboration with chambers of commerce, innovation aligned with global trends, development strategies, and regulatory support.
\nSpeaking at the event, Anis Khan stated that their goal is to promote SMEs by aligning them with changing global trends and advanced technologies, thereby improving product quality, increasing output, and helping Pakistani goods reach various international markets, especially Europe. He also expressed the organization\u2019s desire to arrange one-on-one meetings between Pakistani manufacturers and international counterparts, which will not only strengthen bilateral ties but also usher Pakistani SMEs into a new era of growth.
\nCountry Head Amina Ahmed highlighted that the sole objective of their efforts is to create development opportunities for Pakistan\u2019s small and medium enterprises.
\nVice Chairman PISMIDA, Muhammad Yaseen, noted that their organization is directly associated with Pakistan\u2019s leather, footwear, garments, textile, and sports industries. He added that if SMEs are empowered, Pakistan would no longer need foreign loans.
\nTurkiye\u2019s Commercial Attach\u00e9, Mr. Nurettin Daymar, expressed readiness to act as a bridge for joint ventures between Pakistani and Turkish companies and assured active support in forming MoUs.
