Speaker PA made consultation with lawyers and Election Commission (EC) authorities on this matter. Speaker was given opinion that speaker cannot file reference by taking suo motu notice under constitution and assembly rules.<br \/>\nAccording to parliamentary sources filing disqualification reference against 26 suspended MPAs of SIC has dropped scene. In fact no reference has been filed against them in writing. Speaker PA has too not filed reference in EC. EC sources said no disqualification reference has formally been filed against these 26 suspended members of assembly.
