\nA meeting of the Regi Lalma Qaumi Ittehad committee was held on Friday in Nekabad village in Regi Lalma and stressed to jointly work jointly against social evils and discourage illegal practices prevail.
\nThe meetin was chaired by Haji Shahin Shah Afridi said that it was their moral and constitutional duty to unit and cooperate with police and law enforcement agencies to curb unislamic and unlawful activities in the area.
\nThe meeting was told that due to the growing Ice drug culture in youth they must be vigilant to fight against anti social elements. They said a mechanism must be established to identify black sheeps who are involve in drug trafficking.
\nHaji Shahenshah Afridi sought members\u2019 opinions on issues including law and order, the establishment of a central office and its formal inauguration. Former town member Asad Shinwari emphasized the need for the immediate establishment of the committee\u2019s central office.
\nHaji Zarif stressed the importance of national unity, urging all tribes to stand by each other in times of difficulty as a sign of solidarity. Haji Gul Ameen Mohmand suggested holding committee meetings in every hujra of Regi Lalma to increase awareness of the unity initiative.
\nHaji Abdul Rehman Afridi noted that Regi Lalma represents unity and plays a vital role in maintaining harmony and brotherhood in society. He added that the purpose of the Ittehad Committee is to ensure the safety of people and property and to collaborate with government institutions.
\nFormer town member Asad Shinwari called for collective efforts to bring developmental projects to the area by engaging with elected representatives and government bodies. He also stressed resolving local disputes amicably.
\nHaji Shahenshah Afridi recommended wall-chalking as a tool to promote awareness about the committee\u2019s mission. Meewah Khan Afridi suggested that representatives from all participating tribes including Shinwari, Afridi, Bajauri, Mohmand, and Regi collect donations from their respective communities to support the committee\u2019s operations.
\nHaji Naseem Afridi highlighted that mutual cooperation would further strengthen the unity initiative.
