As per record 2 show cause notices were issued to the petitioner. Departmental proceedings is pending against the petitioner.<br \/>\nThe court remarked IG Sindh is sternly directed to appoint highly educated SHO having good repute . Officer having transparent record be appointed . IG Sindh should not ignore the directives of the court.<br \/>\nThe court maintained transfer and appointments of police officers is internal administrative matter of department.<br \/>\nNo officer has right to be appointed on specific post or in specific police station. The authorities are empowered to make transfers to maintain discipline.
