According to spokesperson fine of Rs 10 lac was imposed after the allegations of harassment at work place and gender discrimination were proved. As per media reports FOPAH Fouzia Waqar announced the decision. According to spokesperson decision was announced after hearing the arguments of both the respondents and statements of the witnesses. The attitude adopted by Dr Mazhar Hussain falls in the ambit of harassment. He impeded the process of sanctioned leave. He cut short the performance points without any reason and initiated victimization based proceedings.<br \/>\nFOPAH Fouzia Waqar imposed Rs 10 lac fine on Dr Mazhar .
