PESHAWAR
\nA two-day Prosper Pakistan Conference, being held under the joint initiative of Prosper Pakistan and the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), is set to commence tomorrow (Thursday) at Nathiagali.
\nThe conference is expected to be a milestone event in addressing the longstanding challenges faced by the country\u2019s business community.
\nIn a joint statement, Chairman of the Businessmen Panel Mian Anjum Nisar, former Governor Haji Ghulam Ali, and Central General Secretary and FPCCI Vice President Aun Ali Syed said that the Businessmen Panel continues its sincere efforts toward Pakistan\u2019s industrial development, economic stability, and resolution of issues facing traders across the country.
\nThey stated that this first-of-its-kind conference, scheduled on August 23 and 24, will bring together stakeholders from across Pakistan \u2014 including representatives from chambers of commerce, trade associations, small and women chambers, business leaders, government officials, senior bureaucrats, and relevant ministers.
\nThe primary objective of the conference is to identify and address the pressing industrial and commercial challenges \u2014 particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa \u2014 and propose actionable, sustainable solutions on the spot.
\nThe conference will also include panel discussions focusing on Pakistan\u2019s untapped natural resources and strategic economic sectors that can serve as game-changers for national development.
\nAccording to the organizers, the conference will provide a platform to critically review government policies and incorporate feedback and recommendations from the business community.
\nThey expressed confidence that this two-day event will pave the way for economic revival and stand as a unique milestone in the country\u2019s business history.
\nThey added that the Businessman Panel has always played a frontline role in voicing the concerns of traders, chambers, associations, and entrepreneurs nationwide. \u201cOur goal is to act as a bridge between the government and the business community to ensure that issues are not only heard but resolved effectively,\u201d they said.
\nThe leaders extended their gratitude to the Prosper Pakistan team and organizing committee, along with former FPCCI presidents Haji Ghulam Ali and Mian Anjum Nisar, and current Vice President Aun Ali Syed, for ensuring the successful organization of this landmark conference.
