ISLAMABAD
\nSupreme Court (SC) has reserved judgment in the case pertaining to property worth 3 crore rupees on Adiala road Rawalpindi following the completion of arguments of the respondents.
\nThe court directed counsel for a lady Shaista to file written representation and record of the lady .
\nChief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi has warned that owner of the house is some one else while claim is being made some one else and sale and purchase is being done by some one else. what is going on this. We will not allow any one to desecrate the court. We will see case is registered against whom. We will issue proper order in this case.
\nHe gave these remarks during the hearing of the case on Tuesday.
\nA 3-member bench of SC presided over by CJP Yahya Afridi took up the case for hearing Tuesday.
\nThe CJP advised counsel for petitioner Shaista to withdraw the petition and remarked he should say to his client to withdraw the case. If we run this case then there will be problem for her. If the plea for becoming respondent is dismissed then it will be problem for her. who is your client. Has she come in the court.
\nThe counsel for petitioner Shaista Khatoon told the court she is settled outside the country. If you say then I call her.
\nThe CJP remarked \u201c file national identity card and passport of your client in writing.
\nThe counsel said he will file all the documents. Give me time for one day.
\nDuring it real owner of the house Farooq Siddiqui appeared in the court and he presented registry of the house in the court.
\nThe CJP remarked what is going on this.
\nThe counsel said they are making wrong statement. Farzana is his former wife. He had given this house to her under Haq Mehr.
\nJustice Shafi Siddiqui said you made the property worth million of rupees your own by showing Nikah nama in lower courts.
\nThe counsel said he should be allowed to give arguments of his own will for five minutes.
\nCJP remarked we will not allow any one to desecrate the court
\nThe counsel said who has not accepted court\u2019s orders case should be registered against him.
\nFarzana former wife of Farooq Siddiqui told the court she neither knows Shaista nor has she sold land to her. Property is not my property.
\nThe court reserved the judgment of the case.
