Court has decided to bring under discussion the contempt of court notices issued to Prime Minister and his cabinet for not complying with the orders of court.<br \/>\nCourt has constituted a four members larger bench to hear case related to release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui.<br \/>\nChief Justice (CJ) IHC has constituted a four members larger bench to hear Dr Aafia Siddiqui case.<br \/>\nThe four members larger bench of IHC presided over by Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will hear the case.<br \/>\nJustice Khadim Soomro, Justice Azam Khan and justice Inam Amin Minhas will be included in the larger bench.<br \/>\nJustice Inam Amin Minhas had recommended to shift the case to larger bench on September 01.<br \/>\nDr Aafia Siddiqui case was transferred from the court of Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq.<br \/>\nJustice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq had issued contempt of court notices to Prime Minister (PM) and his cabinet.<br \/>\nJustice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq is part of division bench hearing tax cases.<br \/>\nThe cases pending hearing in single bench were taken back from Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq.<br \/>\nDr Aafia Siddiqui case was transferred from Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq to the court of Justice Inam Amin Minhas.<br \/>\nHowever Justice Inam Minhas had sent file to Chief Justice IHC for constitution of larger bench.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Aafia Siddiqui case ISLAMABAD Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed September 10 to hear the case regarding release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui.
