\nThe Jamaat-e-Islami leaders criticized the silence of Muslim rulers over Israeli actions, calling it \u201ccriminal negligence.\u201d They asserted that such indifference, backed by U.S. support for Israel, has emboldened openly violate the sovereignty of Islamic countries. They noted that the targeting of Hamas\u2019 negotiation team had undermined international efforts for a ceasefire. \u201cIsrael\u2019s aggression is pushing the region towards bloodshed and destruction,\u201d they said, adding that the attack was \u201ccowardly\u201d and a \u201cclear violation of international law.\u201d
