Judge Manzar Ali Gil of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore took up the bail plea for hearing Tuesday.  Prosecution had requested the court to reject bail plea of the accused.  During the hearing of the case the prosecution said Mian Mehmood ur Rashid is prime accused in May 9 incident. He has been awarded sentence in 4 cases related to May 9 incident. May 9  offence  has been proved against him in the decisions of 4 courts.
