RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) has welcomed the signing of the Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, calling it a defining milestone in the two nations\u2019 brotherly ties.
