\nSpecial Assistant to the Chief Minister on Housing, Dr. Amjad Ali, has directed the newly appointed Director Legal of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority, Johar Ali Shah, to take immediate steps to resolve legal complications delaying the timely completion of various housing schemes across the province. Dr. Amjad Ali issued these directives during a meeting with Johar Ali Shah on Tuesday, where he also welcomed him to his new role in the department, a handout said. He said that development work on multiple housing projects under the supervision of the KP Housing Authority is progressing rapidly, and the Chief Minister has issued clear instructions to ensure their timely completion in line with public needs and aspirations.
\nHe further highlighted that the New Peshawar Valley project is the largest residential initiative in the province. As per a recent cabinet decision, the project has been formally transferred from the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) to the KP Housing Department to expedite its development, bringing it in line with the pace of other housing schemes under the department.
\nExpressing confidence in the newly appointed legal director, Dr. Amjad Ali said he hoped Johar Ali Shah would actively work to remove all legal barriers impeding progress on these projects.
\nIn response, Johar Ali Shah assured that he would fully implement the directions issued by the Special Assistant. He committed to using his legal expertise and experience to resolve outstanding legal matters and remove obstacles hindering the completion of housing projects in an effective and timely manner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
