People use obscene and vulgar language and make immoral gestures on tik tok live daily. People are earning income due to immoral gestures and obscene talk on tik tak. Obscene talk and immoral gestures are leaving negative effects on society.<br \/>\nCounsel for the petitioner took the plea SMRA was introduced after amendment in PECA act. SMRA is not functional still. The respondents have failed in preventing uploading of immoral material.<br \/>\nThe court remarked we seek reply from the respondents in this matter.
