In a significant development, the DDWP approved three major development projects amounting to over Rs. 348.864 million.<br \/>\nThe approved schemes include the Tehsil Level Playground Scheme for District Buner, the Repair and Rehabilitation of the Existing Football Ground at Safid Arkari in Chitral Lower and Sports Initiatives for the Sustainability of Sports in the Merged Areas.<br \/>\nThese projects are expected to significantly enhance sports infrastructure in the province, particularly in underserved and remote areas, thereby providing greater opportunities for youth engagement and community development through sports.<br \/>\nSpeaking on the occasion, Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Saadat Hassan, reiterated the department\u2019s commitment to providing inclusive and sustainable sports facilities and emphasized the importance of investing in youth as a cornerstone of long-term provincial development.<br \/>\nThe meeting was attended by DG Sports Tashfeen Haidar,Director Sports Merged Districts Raziullah Betani,senior officials of the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, planning staff and other\u00a0relevants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peshawar The second meeting of the Departmental Development Working Party (DDWP) of the Sports and Youth Affairs Department was held under the chairmanship of Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Saadat Hassan, here at his office, in Peshawar.
