University has no powers to revoke degree.<br \/>\nThe petitioner said there are at least four such decisions of Supreme Court (SC) that universities cannot revoke degrees without issuing notice.<br \/>\nDuring the hearing of the case Justice Iqbal Kalhoro inquired why this case has been fixed in our bench.<br \/>\nThe counsel replied cases related to universities are fixed in this bench.<br \/>\nJustice Kalhoro further inquired is petition of similar nature pending hearing in Supreme Court (SC) too.<br \/>\nThe court was told the matter of preventing the judge from performing judicial work by Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been challenged in SC.<br \/>\nThe court remarked we issue notice to respondents.
