\nDefence counsels have filed petition in the court to record statements of the 13 witnesses again whose statements were recorded in the absence of Imran Khan.
\nHearing of GHQ attack case was adjourned till October 7 being the judge Amjid Ali Shah unwell.
\nThe court staff told with reference to today\u2019s hearing that the judge was unwell and he had taken leave.
\nUpon it the defence counsels marked the attendance and returned. The accused were also returned after marking their attendance.
\nThe 3 prosecution witnesses also returned after marking their attendance.
\nProsecutor Zahir Shah said there will be no court\u2019s proceedings being judge on leave.
\nLater the defence counsels filed petition for recording the statements of 13 witnesses again whose statements were recorded in the absence of Imran Khan. Imran Khan heard nothing. The statements recorded in the absence of accused and lawyers has no legal status.
