{"id":5064,"date":"2016-10-10T15:30:21","date_gmt":"2016-10-10T05:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=5064"},"modified":"2016-10-10T15:30:21","modified_gmt":"2016-10-10T05:30:21","slug":"sc-to-start-hearing-of-famous-land-mafias-case-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/sc-to-start-hearing-of-famous-land-mafias-case-today\/","title":{"rendered":"SC to start hearing of famous land mafia\u2018s case today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD (Online): Three member bench of the apex court is going to start hearing today (Monday) the famous land mafia\u2018s case while the SC has sought reply from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in this regard.<br \/>\nAccording to details, Malik Bostan resident of Haripur Hazara with his accomplices that included Mehtab Ali Qureshi, Raja Saeed Kashmiri, Ijaz Shah, Adil Shukat, Mubashar, Malik Habib and Malik Nasir looted 550 million of rupees in fraud with people in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.<br \/>\nThe alleged land mafia group had sold land tempering the documents to people.<br \/>\nAffectees that included Haji Irshad, Chaudhry Tariq, Ishtiaq Abass, Saif Ali Khan, Haji Farooq and Abid Hussain had also submitted an application against Bostan gang in NAB.<br \/>\nLater on Director General NAB Peshawar arrested Bostan and recovered Rs105million so far but failed to recover the whole looted money.<br \/>\nMalik Bostan had submitted bail application in the court which was rejected, now the accused has submitted bail application in the Supreme Court.<br \/>\nAccording to NAB sources Malik Bostan has purchased land with looted money in the country and abraod, details regarding purchased land would be presented in the court, sources added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD (Online): Three member bench of the apex court is going to start hearing today (Monday) the famous land mafia\u2018s case while the SC has sought reply from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in this regard.
