\nTourists and locals alike meander through the bustling marketplaces, their senses drawn to the vibrant food stalls and restaurants that proudly serve the river\u2019s freshest catch.
\nThe trout fish from River Swat, particularly the prized rainbow and brown trout, have become a cornerstone of the local winter cuisine.

\nBeyond its delicious taste, trout fish is also praised for its health benefits. Dr. Samiullah Khan, a children\u2019s specialist, highlighted trout\u2019s role in strengthening immunity during harsh winters.
