\nPESHAWAR
\nPolice on Tuesday claimed to have arrested the prime suspect involved in the blind murder case of transgender person Sabir alias Zeeshan.
\nThe statement said that the arrest was made under the special directives of senior officers and the supervision of DSP Faqirabad Circle, Omar Afridi.
\nAccording to police, the accused has been identified as Sanaullah a resident of Gulabad was traced and apprehended following a detailed investigation carried out using modern scientific methods.
\nThe operation was led by SHO Faqirabad Police Station, Bilal Hussain, along with the investigation team.
\nSabir alias Zeeshan was shot dead on September 6, 2025, in Afghan Colony, within the jurisdiction of Faqirabad Police Station. Initially, the victim\u2019s father, Bakhtiar Muhammad, had filed a report against unknown persons.
\nDuring interrogation, the accused Sanaullah confessed to the crime, stating he committed the murder due to a personal grudge and a failed attempt to establish a friendship with the deceased.
