Market capitalization fell to Rs18.46 trillion from Rs18.70 trillion.<br \/>\nK-Electric Ltd. topped the volume chart with 94.59 million shares, followed by WorldCall Telecom with 83.30 million shares and the Bank of Punjab with 60.38 million shares.<br \/>\nAmong the top gainers, Otsuka Pakistan Limited gained Rs30.83 per share to close at Rs347.99, while Service Industries Limited increased by Rs23.99 to settle at Rs1,442.43.<br \/>\nOn the other hand, PIA Holding Company Limited B lost Rs543.93, closing at Rs24,000.01, whereas Khyber Textile Mills Limited declined by Rs123.79 to close at Rs1,847.71.<br \/>\nIn the futures market, 328 companies participated; 63 recorded gains while 264 witnessed declines with one company remaining stagnant.<br \/>\nK-Electric (NOV) led futures trading with 26.53 million shares, followed by WorldCall Telecom (OCT) with 25.55 million shares and K-Electric (OCT) with 23.87 million shares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a continued bearish trend on Tuesday, as the benchmark KSE-100 Index lost 2,062.78 points, showing a negative change of 1.27 percent, closing at 160,101.03 points against 162,163.81 points on the previous trading day.
