According to the district administration on Sunday, the bridge was used daily by hundreds of vehicles. During the incident, a heavy truck was crossing when part of the bridge suddenly gave way, causing the vehicle to fall into the river below. Residents reported that the bridge had been in poor condition for a long time and was awaiting repairs. However, due to official negligence, it has now completely collapsed. The incident has disrupted travel to Kumrat Valley, leaving tourists and locals facing serious difficulties.
