RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), conducted 5 operations across the country, recovered as many as 37 kilograms of drugs worth Rs 29.7 million and arrested 3 suspects, including a woman, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman on Monday. He informed that 8 kg of ice absorbed into clothes was recovered from a parcel sent to New Zealand at a courier office on Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. During another operation on Shahra-e-Faisal, 2.6 kg of heroin hidden in a face mask was recovered from a parcel sent to London. As many as 6 kg of hashish was recovered from the possession of a woman on Pindi Pul, Bannu Road, Kohat. Similarly, 400 grams of ice hidden in a water cooler were recovered from the Clifton area of Karachi, and 2 accused were arrested on the spot. As much as 20 kg of heroin hidden in bushes was recovered in the Chosak area, District Catch.
