The court admitted for hearing contempt of court plea of Sheikh Rashid Ahmad on stopping him from going to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah. The court while issuing notice to federal government, DG FIA and DG Passport has summoned them along with replies on November 18. During the hearing of the case Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan remarked this contempt of court trial will run and whosoever is found guilty will be awarded punishment.<br \/>\nThe court inquired this matter related to single bench and how it was fixed before division bench.<br \/>\nThe court remarked the matter be fixed before single bench again.<br \/>\nSheikh Rashid remained present in the court room.<br \/>\nThe counsel of former federal minister took the plea court had given clear order his client be allowed to go to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah.
