ISLAMABAD: The legal fraternity on Tuesday strongly condemned the explosion outside the Islamabad district courts, urging strict action against those responsible and calling for unity to safeguard the Constitution and the judiciary. Speaking to the media outside the Supreme Court Tuesday, senior lawyers expressed deep concern over the prevailing national situation and emphasized the need for solidarity among all segments of society. Senior lawyer Hamid Khan said the country was passing through a critical phase and stressed that all institutions and citizens must work together to protect the Constitution. He denounced the blast outside the courts and expressed grief over the tragic incident. Former Attorney General Munir A. Malik said the entire nation mourns the loss of lives in the incident and stands in solidarity with the victims\u2019 families.
