Delimitations of constituencies were made .<br \/>\nSpecial secretary said the schedule was not issued earlier due to reserved seats. ECP has now completed all arrangements. The delimitation of constituencies including election material are complete. Case has been running in high court in this regard and now decision has been reserved.<br \/>\nCEC said Election Commission (EC) will now announce date for election. It is not binding on us that election should be got conducted through secretaries union councils. Elections have been held in three provinces.<br \/>\nHe said elections are going to be held in Punjab. Matter related to Punjab has been resolved. Elections will be held soon therein.<br \/>\nCEC said local government has not been established in Islamabad so far. EC will give decision and it will have to be implemented.<br \/>\nCEC said it is not joke that elections are postponed every time. Now we have not summoned any one in person. Interior secretary was asked to take it seriously.
