MPA Ihtesham Khan and Sajadullah Khan were also present.<br \/>\nThe delegation informed the Speaker that the oil and gas royalty agreement between the Bettani Tribe and SNGPL\/OGDCL had yet to be implemented. They said that despite clear commitments, the community had not received its due share, causing widespread concern and frustration among local residents.<br \/>\nSpeaker Babar Saleem Swati listened to the grievances and assured the delegation that the matter would be taken up at the highest level. He has formally written to the Chief Minister KP, enclosing the original application filed by the Bettani community along with supporting documents and evidence presented in the local jirga.<br \/>\nIn his letter, the Speaker requested the Chief Minister to review the matter urgently and direct the relevant authorities to ensure that the tribe receives its rightful royalties in accordance with the agreement.<br \/>\nThe Speaker said the issue was directly linked to public interest and regional rights, warning that further delays could lead to unrest or administrative difficulties in the area.
