\nThe minister said that the Sri Lankan Deputy Minister\u2019s visit to Pakistan, despite the ongoing budget session of the Sri Lankan Parliament, underscores the deep-rooted and trusted friendship between the two nations.
\nHe expressed confidence that the visit will pave the way for new opportunities in bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of sports and youth development.
\nThe Sri Lankan delegation praised Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi for the outstanding arrangements made for the Tri-Nation Cricket Series.
\nThey highlighted that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had also conveyed his appreciation to the Sri Lankan team and government during a luncheon held in honour of the participating sides on Wednesday.
