\nThe service creates tangible value for both drivers and small businesses. Larger and higher-value deliveries translate into better earnings, while businesses benefit from greater flexibility, increased delivery frequency, and reduced customer turnover.
\nInternal data suggests that the most active users of rickshaw services are business customers, with around 40% preferring rickshaws for delivery. Among ride-hailing customers, about 30% have used rickshaws to send items. Approximately 48% of all customers prefer rickshaws for sending personal items, while the remaining 52% use them for business purposes.

\nCombining affordability with practicality, the rickshaw courier service addresses challenges faced by bike and car deliveries. Rickshaws offer a larger carrying capacity, making them ideal for bulky items such as pipes, cartons, and cables.
\nThey can also handle regular parcels, including catering orders, beverages, stationery, and retail products, while remaining more economical than cars. They are well-suited to urban conditions, allowing easy navigation through congested and narrow streets in both Lahore and Karachi.
