Officials said shopkeepers found placing goods outside their shops were instructed to clear the encroachments immediately to restore pedestrian and vehicular movement.<br \/>\nA similar operation was conducted from Haji Baba Chowk to Naway Kalay Chowk, where authorities noted that several traders routinely parked their private vehicles along the roadside, contributing to traffic bottlenecks.
