According to official sources on Tuesday, all local government institutions have been directed to complete the registration of handcart vendors within two weeks, after which they will be formally brought into the tax system. The decision was taken during an important meeting chaired by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Local Government, Mina Khan Afridi, where key matters related to urban management and public facilities were discussed.<br \/>\n It was decided that the Director General of the Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar, along with all Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs) across the province, will conduct a comprehensive survey of handcarts within their respective jurisdictions within 15 days.
