During the Chief Minister\u2019s inspection, patient care and administrative affairs were found to be alarmingly weak, according to an official communiqu\u00e9. On the Chief Minister\u2019s instructions, the head of the Paeds Emergency was suspended and a fact-finding inquiry was ordered.
