The miscellaneous petition seeking early hearing of the case came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar Friday. Omar Zia ud Din advocate counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court. The court directed to fix the case in the second week after winter vacations. It is pertinent to mention here Khawaja Asif through a press conference had leveled allegations of misuse and money laundering through Shaukat Khanum fund. PTI founder has filed defamation suit of Rs 10 bilion against Khawaja Asif since 2012. The court while directing to fix the central case after court\u2019s vacations adjourned the hearing.
