Mati Ullah Jan has challenged trial court decision in drugs and terrorism related case against him in Islamabad High Court (IHC). A petition has been filed through barrister Mian Ali Ishfaq against trial court decision for not removing drugs related charges against Mati Ullah Jan from case against him . The petitioner has taken the plea the order issued by ATC be declared null and void as neither any video is there nor any CCC TV footage is available regarding recovery of drugs.
