The appeal has been filed by Aleema Khan through her counsel Faisal Malik advocate. A division bench comprising Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and justice Sultan Mehmood took the plea for hearing Tuesday.<br \/>\nRegistrar office raised objection the attested copy of FIR is not attached with the petition.<br \/>\nThe court directed counsel for Aleema Khan to complete the documents first.<br \/>\nIt was prayed in the petition that Aleema Khan was indicted in her absence which is not correct legally. The court should direct trial court the process of indictment be completed again as per law.
