Making the statement of sacked witness basis is not correct legally.<br \/>\nThe appeal said the court relied on the statement of approver which runs contrary to the law.<br \/>\nAccording to the petitioners the prosecution failed to prove the case against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.<br \/>\nTwo separate appeal pleas will be filed through Barrister Suleman Safdar in IHC on Monday wherein court has been prayed to declare the decision in Toshakhana-2 case null and void.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the text of the appeal sentence cannot be given for multiple time in the same offence. Special Central court had no power jurisdiction to hear this case.<br \/>\nIt was further said in the petition Sohaib Abbasi was made approver illegally.<br \/>\nThe appeal plea said former ruling couple had kept Balghari jewelry set with them according to Toshakhana rules.<br \/>\nThe case was registered without investigation. They are being subjected to political victimization.<br \/>\nIt has also been said in the text of appeal plea that the petitioner does not fall in the definition of government employee.
