\nKhyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has launched a series of online open courts titled \u201cAap Ka Wazir Ala Aap Kay Saath\u201d to ensure direct, swift, and effective redressal of public complaints, a handout said.
\nAccording to the statement, the first online open court under the initiative was held for Bajaur district, presided over by the Chief Minister himself.
\nDuring the session, the Chief Minister directly heard citizens\u2019 grievances and issued immediate directives to the concerned departments.
\nHe ordered that all complaints received during the open court must be resolved within fourteen days, followed by the submission of a formal compliance report.
\nThe Chief Minister stated that the initiative has been launched in line with the vision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan\u2019s \u201cAap Ka Wazir Azam Aap Kay Saath\u201d, aimed at bridging the gap between the government and the public and ensuring direct access to decision-makers.
\nAddressing education-related complaints, the Chief Minister directed strict implementation of the student-teacher ratio policy, clarifying that the provincial standard of one teacher for forty students must be enforced without exception.
\nTaking notice of issues such as missing facilities and staff absenteeism in schools, he ordered immediate action and noted that the provincial cabinet has already approved funds to address these deficiencies.
\nHe also directed the early resolution of issues faced by second-shift teachers and emphasized full implementation of the minimum monthly wage policy.
\nThe Chief Minister made it clear that teachers\u2019 salaries must be credited directly to their bank accounts on the first day of every month, with no tolerance for delays.
\nRegarding the transport sector, the Chief Minister ordered strict enforcement of passenger limits and official fare lists across the province, warning that licenses of violators would be cancelled. In the health sector, he directed authorities to ensure the presence of doctors in hospitals and ordered surprise inspections to address public complaints promptly.
\nThe Chief Minister further announced the revival of the former FATA Games to provide tribal youth with healthy sports opportunities. He also issued directives for the resolution of complaints related to link roads, water supply, and other basic services in Bajaur district.
\nInteracting with citizens, the Chief Minister said that just as Imran Khan understands the pain of the nation, the provincial government also stands firmly with the people. He assured that all available resources would be utilized to address public issues and directed that ongoing development projects in Bajaur be expedited.
\nHe added that the provincial government is working on a comprehensive development package worth Rs1,000 billion for the merged districts, which will play a key role in ensuring sustainable development and bringing these areas at par with the developed districts of KP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
