The case registered in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with November 26 protest came up for hearing before Judge ATC Amjid Ali Shah. Prosecutor Syed Zahir Shah appeared in the court along with prosecution team. The counsel for Aleema Khan filed one day exemption plea in the court which was approved. Counsels of 3 accused nominated in the case completed cross questioning on 8 prosecution witnesses.<br \/>\nThe court gave last opportunity to 8 accused including Aleema Khan for cross questioning in regard to statements of the witnesses.<br \/>\nThe court remarked if cross questioning is not completed on next hearing then state counsel will be appointed.<br \/>\nArrest warrants of the accused Sajid Ali Qureshi, Ali Raza and Muhammad Hanif were issued.<br \/>\nNo pleader or counsel appeared in the court on behalf of three accused persons.<br \/>\nThe court adjourned hearing of the case till January 5.<br \/>\nFaisal Malik counsel for Aleema Khan while talking to media men later said there was hearing of November 26 protest case against Aleema Khan Friday.
