According to IESCO\u2019s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engineer Ch. Khalid Mahmood, police arrested 3,185 offenders during the drive. He said more than 230,000 running and dead defaulters were targeted, leading to recoveries exceeding Rs 7 billion. The crackdown, he added, is being carried out in line with the federal government and Ministry of Energy\u2019s zero-tolerance policy against electricity theft, with measures tightened around defaulters and pilferers. Ch.
