You know him against whom you have filed petition.<br \/>\nThe counsel for petitioner tried to speak.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani directed the counsel to keep quiet saying I am requesting you to let me ask questions from the petitioner.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani once again asked question from the petitioner that he filed petition at whose behest.<br \/>\nThe petitioner replied he himself has filed petition .<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said you don\u2019t know he is serving on what post against whom you have filed petition. Nod your head or you be sent to jail.<br \/>\nYou don\u2019t feel ashamed of it. How much money you have received. Tell me the name or department at whose behest you have filed the petition.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said you know the meaning of lying in the court. Message came to you from Dera Ismail Khan and you filed the petition.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani directed the naib court to make sit the petitioner in the court.<br \/>\nCounsel for the petitioner came to rostrum and requested the court to allow the petitioner to go.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked he is free. He is free citizen .<br \/>\nThe counsel for the petitioner said I have become missing due to quo -warranto petition.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kiayani remarked many people have become missing for big quo-warranto. No one stands before the system. Once a man had challenged Phd professor appointment. The petitioner had not even passed 5th class.
