{"id":527065,"date":"2026-01-23T10:08:23","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T05:08:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=527065"},"modified":"2026-01-23T10:08:23","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T05:08:23","slug":"court-directs-imaan-mazari-hadi-ali-to-appear-before-it-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/court-directs-imaan-mazari-hadi-ali-to-appear-before-it-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"Court directs Imaan Mazari, Hadi Ali to appear before it tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nDistrict and Sessions Court Islamabad has ordered Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha to appear before it tomorrow in person in Controversial tweets case.<br \/>\nThe case came up for hearing before additional district and sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka Thursday.<br \/>\nBoth of the accused did not appear in the court during the hearing of the case.<br \/>\nDuring the hearing of the case Judge Afzal Majoka inquired where are the accused.<br \/>\nProsecution told the court the accused are deliberately present in the office of president of Islamabad High Court Bar.<br \/>\nProsecution requested the court to issue arrest warrants of the accused.<br \/>\nJudge remarked he has full powers to issue orders.<br \/>\nProsecution took the plea the accused are not appearing in the court despite high court\u2019s directives. Therefore. their bail be cancelled and arrest warrants be issued.<br \/>\nThe court was told both of them have got bail before arrest from Islamabad high court in July 2025 case.
